1. My typical stress response is to try and be alone and do something to distract myself from what I was stressing about. How it typically shows up in my life is when I feel like I failed to do something and end up either too embarrassed to ask for help or scared to do so because it was already explained and I feel like I will get in trouble. 2. An emotion I would like to feel more of is joy. Something I can do to feel more of it is to stay away from things that will stress me out. 3. An emotion I would like to feel less of is stress. What I can do to feel less stress is avoid what can lead to stress. 4. The hierarchy of needs are Physiological, safety, love/Belonging, Esteem, and self-actualization. Everything up to Esteem is being met.
